Trades inside overnight price bands stand

The Exchange changed Rule 11.15 so that if a transaction is executed during "LULD Protected Hours" (which now includes Overnight Protected Hours) and within the applicable Price Bands, the transaction generally will not be reviewable as a "clearly erroneous" execution. The rule ties CEE reviewability to whether the trade price deviates by an amount that equals or exceeds the applicable Percentage Parameter (Appendix A) for Regular Trading Hours or the Overnight Percentage Parameter (Section VIII) for Overnight Protected Hours. This amendment becomes operative at the start of 23/5 Trading on December 6, 2026.

Defines overnight protected hours and bands

The Exchange added definitions so that "LULD Protected Hours" includes Regular Trading Hours and "Overnight Protected Hours," and it defines "Overnight Price Bands" to be the Price Bands that apply to Overnight Protected Hours from 9:00 p.m. ET through 4:00 a.m. ET. These defined terms are used in the Exchange's Clearly Erroneous Executions rule and take effect when 23/5 Trading begins on December 6, 2026.

Keeps error review for non-LULD stocks overnight

For NMS stocks that are not subject to the LULD Plan (for example, rights and warrants), the Exchange extends eligibility for Clearly Erroneous Executions review to executions during Overnight Protected Hours and specifies those transactions will be reviewed under the same Numerical Guidelines that apply to the Early Trading, Pre-Opening, and Post-Closing Sessions. This change is operative at the start of 23/5 Trading on December 6, 2026.
