Remove U.S. troops from Lebanon
If both the House and the Senate adopt this concurrent resolution, it would direct the President under the War Powers Resolution to remove U.S. Armed Forces from Lebanon no later than 7 days after adoption. Service members in Lebanon and their families would face redeployment, relocation, or changes in missions and timing on that schedule. The resolution itself would not change taxes, federal benefits, or government spending.
