Summary
Would let people buy standalone dental plans through ACA exchanges even if they do not have an Exchange health plan. This bill would bar the Secretary from denying qualified individuals enrollment in standalone dental coverage offered through an Exchange solely because they are not enrolled in a qualified health plan. It is narrowly focused on standalone dental plans and does not change other Exchange eligibility rules.
