Designates six creeks in North Carolina to honor the lives lost in the February 13, 2022 Carteret County plane crash. It assigns the names Noah Styron Creek, Hunter Parks Creek, Kole McInnis Creek, Stephanie Fulcher Creek, Jacob Taylor Creek, and Daily Shepherd Creek, provides exact latitude and longitude for each site, and directs that federal laws, regulations, documents, records, maps, and other papers refer to the creeks by those names.
