Wildlife fund interest delayed to 2033
The law delays when interest in the Federal Aid to Wildlife Restoration Fund can be shared. Interest becomes available for apportionment at the start of fiscal year 2033, instead of 2026. State wildlife agencies and other recipients wait longer for those dollars. All other funding rules and formulas stay the same. The change takes effect upon enactment.
