Adds Rhode Island to the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council and increases council seats. The Rhode Island Fishermen's Fairness Act of 2025 would amend the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act by adding Rhode Island to 16 U.S.C. 1852(a)(1)(B) and raising the statutory seat totals from 21 to 23 and from 13 to 14.
