Expands HSA-eligible medical expenses to include fertility treatments. This bill would let health savings accounts (HSAs) reimburse a range of fertility services and related costs when paid or incurred after enactment.

- Families and individuals: People with HSAs could use pre-tax HSA dollars to pay for in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg, sperm, or embryo preservation and storage, artificial insemination, and prescribed fertility medications.
- Gamete donors: Would allow reimbursement of a donor's medical expenses when they provide gametes under a gamete donor agreement.
- HSA account holders and plan administrators: Changes the Internal Revenue Code definition of medical expenses for HSAs so accounts and administrators would treat these fertility items as eligible for reimbursement for amounts paid after enactment.
