- EPA and its technical assistance providers would be examined on how providers are identified, selected, contracted, coordinated with State and Tribal partners, matched to local needs, and how outreach is conducted; EPA must submit a plan within 90 days of the GAO report and annually for five years describing actions to comply with recommendations.
