Summary
Blocks federal funding for critical race theory and diversity, equity, and inclusion training. It prohibits the obligation or expenditure of any Federal funds for curriculum, training, or education based on those theories or practices at the United States Military Academy, the United States Naval Academy, the United States Air Force Academy, the United States Coast Guard Academy, and the United States Merchant Marine Academy. The funding ban applies only to those five named institutions.
