Summary
Would create federal reimbursements to cover wages and overtime for state and local officers when they carry out immigration enforcement under 287(g) agreements. The Attorney General would pay states or localities for wages as defined in the payroll tax code and for overtime as defined in the Fair Labor Standards Act.
