Summary
Exempts quotations of fixed-income securities from SEC rule 17 CFR 240.15c2-11. It would make that rule not apply to quotations of fixed-income securities. The bill defines "fixed-income security" to include notes, bonds, debentures, certificates of deposit for a security, certificates of deposit, asset-backed securities, and any such security that is convertible into equity or carries a warrant or right to purchase equity.
