Reimburse costs for college ROTC students
If enacted, the Defense Department would set rules to pay back certain school costs. You could qualify if you had to take part in a college ROTC unit while your ROTC aid decision was pending. You must later be ruled ineligible for that aid solely for medical reasons. Covered costs would be reasonable tuition, fees, lab expenses, and room and board, if applicable, from that period. You would need to file a claim. If your claim is approved, payment would be made within 90 days of when you submit it.
