- The unclassified strategy would be sent to the House Foreign Affairs Committee and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and may include a classified annex.

Plan to counter Iran and Hezbollah in Latin America
This bill would require a public plan within 180 days to counter Iran and Hezbollah in Latin America. The plan would cover travel bans and sanctions on emissaries, and steps against HispanTV and Al Mayadeen Espanol. It would review the Al Mustafa University network for possible terror designations when appropriate.
