Summary
Makes camping on public property in Washington, D.C. a criminal offense. It would bar erecting, placing, maintaining, or using temporary structures such as tents or tarps, sleeping inside or outside a motor vehicle for sleeping, or laying out bedding on public property without lawful authority, and would allow penalties of up to a $500 fine, up to 30 days in jail, or both.
