Ads urge residents to squash lanternflies

This bill would require the Agriculture Secretary to run a national awareness campaign about the spotted lanternfly. Ads would run on TV, radio, and billboards in areas with many of the bugs. The ads would say the insect is invasive and harms local farms. They would urge people to kill lanternflies they see. The Secretary could use other tools to share this message. The campaign would start once enacted.
