Summary
Adds ticket agents to the Aviation Consumer Protection Advisory Committee's membership list. The bill amends Section 411 of the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 by inserting ticket agents as item (5) in subsection (b) and removing them from subsection (i), changing how ticket agents are represented on ACPAC.

Ticket agents added to aviation consumer panel
This bill would add ticket agents to the Aviation Consumer Protection Advisory Committee (ACPAC). Ticket agents would have a formal seat as a group on the committee. A separate reference to ticket agents in another part of the law would be removed. This would not add funding or change airline consumer rules by itself.
