One-time $160 million for U.S. travel promotion

The bill would send $160 million to Brand USA, which markets U.S. travel. The money would come from unused travel promotion fees collected before October 1, 2025. Treasury would transfer the funds within 30 days after enactment. The usual cap on annual transfers would not apply. Brand USA would still need to meet matching rules, and funds could carry forward, which could support tourism jobs and small businesses.
