Delays the effective date of new hemp production provisions. This bill would amend Section 781 of the Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2026 by replacing '365 days' with '3 years', postponing when amendments to hemp provisions in the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 take effect.
