Justice Department Sikh task force

This bill would require the Attorney General to create a Task Force on Anti-Sikh Hate and Discrimination within 180 days of enactment. The Task Force would meet quarterly with Sikh community members and groups. It would draft a formal definition of anti-Sikh hate to guide DOJ prosecutorial decisions and the collection of statistics under 18 U.S.C. 249.
