Cleaner airport screening for baby milk

If enacted, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) would have to issue guidance within 90 days. It would set clean handling steps when agents re-screen or test breast milk, baby formula, purified deionized water for infants, juice, and cooling packs like ice, freezer, or gel packs. TSA would consult national maternal health groups to set these standards. Any extra testing would have to follow those hygiene rules to cut contamination risk. The rules would apply to TSA staff and private airport screeners. The guidance would be reviewed every five years, if needed.
