End Medicare multiple therapy cut
If enacted, Medicare would stop the 50% multiple-therapy payment reduction for qualifying services furnished on or after January 1, 2027. Services furnished before January 1, 2027 would remain subject to the 50% reduction. Medicare beneficiaries who get multiple therapy services and the providers who bill Medicare would see higher payments for services billed on or after that date.
