Summary
Would add 1890 land‑grant institutions to the Veterinary Services Grant Program and require higher priority for their projects in grant awards. It would amend the program in the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act to include 1890 Institutions as eligible entities and to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to prioritize projects at those institutions when making grants. The bill does not create new funding or change funding formulas in this section.
