The Administrator may use existing partnerships, including the EAGLE Initiative, to carry out the program.

FAA education on unleaded aviation fuel
This bill would require the FAA to start an education program on unleaded aviation fuel within one year. The program would end on December 31, 2036. The FAA would host a public website and a continuously updated tracking tool. They would list each unleaded fuel's authorization status, aircraft and engine compatibility, and availability when feasible. The FAA would share safety guidance and list any needed supplemental type certificates. The FAA would coordinate with fuel providers and fixed‑base operators and facilitate annual training for FBO leadership and staff on fuel handling and differences. The Administrator could use existing partnerships, including the EAGLE Initiative. Within six months after the program starts, the FAA would brief two Congressional committees and would brief them periodically after. Briefings would include update frequency, authorization progress, and estimated annual gallons of unleaded fuel sold compared with 100LL.
