Ban and forced sale of U.S. homes

Who is barred from buying homes
If enacted, the bill would define who counts as a "covered person." Covered persons would include non-U.S. citizens from listed "foreign country of concern" categories, corporations with any ownership by such individuals, "foreign entities of concern," foreign adversaries, state sponsors of terrorism, and people owned, controlled by, or affiliated with them. The bill would also define "housing" as any structure used for human habitation. These definitions would take effect on the date of enactment.
