Summary
Expands overtime eligibility for Border Patrol agents to include GS-12 through GS-15. This bill would amend 5 U.S.C. 5550(h) so the higher regularly scheduled overtime pay rates already in that statute apply to Border Patrol positions classified at grades GS-12, GS-13, GS-14, and GS-15.
