Raise awareness and boost support for people with glioblastoma and the research needed to treat it. This resolution would support designating July 15, 2026 as Glioblastoma Awareness Day and would encourage public awareness, honor those who have died or are living with the disease, and back efforts to develop better treatments and improve quality of life. It would recognize the importance of molecular biomarker testing for diagnosis and treatment, urge collaboration among governmental, private, and nonprofit organizations, and encourage continued investments in glioblastoma research, including the National Cancer Institute's Glioblastoma Therapeutics Network.
