Honoring 130 years of service and the Jewish War Veterans' fight against antisemitism. This resolution would congratulate the Jewish War Veterans of the United States on their 130th anniversary, note their 1896 founding by 63 Civil War veterans who opposed antisemitic claims, recognize their long record of advocacy for veterans' rights and benefits and for military families, highlight the National Museum of American Jewish Military History and the group's Holocaust education and protests against Nazi Germany, and encourage the JWV to continue its service and public outreach.
