Summary
Sets strict terms for House consideration of H.R.7007. This rule would waive all points of order against considering the bill and against its provisions, treat an amendment in the nature of a substitute printed at least one day earlier and submitted by the Judiciary Committee's ranking minority member as adopted (if multiple such amendments are submitted only the last would be treated as adopted), limit debate to one hour equally divided between the chair and the ranking minority member or their designees, allow one motion to recommit, exempt clause 1(c) of House rule XIX and clause 8 of rule XX from applying, and require the Clerk to transmit a message to the Senate reporting House passage within three calendar days.
