Streamlines consideration of H.R. 2913 (a bill to authorize support for Ukraine). This resolution would waive points of order against consideration and against provisions in the bill and treat the bill as read. Debate would be limited to one hour, split equally between the chair and ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee or their designees. It would allow one motion to recommit, exempt two specified House rules from application, and require the Clerk to transmit a notice of passage to the Senate within one week.
