Rhode Island joins Mid-Atlantic Council

If enacted, this bill would add Rhode Island to the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council. It would insert the words "Rhode Island," into the law after "States of" and after "except North Carolina." It would also change two numeric counts in that subsection from 21 to 23 and from 13 to 14.
