Big cuts to U.S. foreign aid
If enacted, this bill would cancel about $8.254 billion in unspent foreign aid and international program funds. It would cut $6.189 billion from bilateral assistance and $800 million from Migration and Refugee Assistance. It would also rescind roughly $563 million for international organizations, $562 million for multilateral programs, $125 million for USAID operations, and $15 million for the U.S. Institute of Peace.
