Protects your crypto wallet rights

If enacted, the bill would stop the head of a Federal agency from banning or limiting a covered user's ability to use convertible virtual currency for their own purchases. It would also bar agencies from prohibiting a covered user from self-custodying digital assets using a self-hosted wallet. The bill defines "convertible virtual currency," "covered user," and "self-hosted wallet" so those terms are clear. The text does not create penalties or explain how the rule would be enforced.
