Summary
Protects firearm-related businesses from discrimination in SBA lending. This bill would bar the Small Business Administration from refusing loans, loan guarantees, or other financial assistance solely because an applicant is a firearm entity, a firearm entity affiliate, or a firearm trade association and would define those covered terms.
