100% repair help after Forest Service fires

If enacted, you could get 100% federal funding to fix direct or indirect damage to your property from a wildland fire the Secretary of Agriculture finds was caused by management on National Forest System land. The damage must be remediable under authorized federal recovery programs. The Secretary could also waive cash matching (cash share) rules for recovery projects in areas hit by those fires, lowering upfront costs for states, tribes, localities, or individuals. The bill would define key terms like 'covered wildland fire' and 'covered matching requirement' for these rules. These provisions would take effect upon enactment.
