Redirects undesignated remaining BEAD broadband funds into the Treasury for deficit reduction. The RECAPTURE Act would amend the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act to make sure any BEAD funds left over that are not tied to a specific purpose go to the federal general fund while funds specifically designated in final BEAD proposals still go to eligible entities.

Leftover broadband funds sent to Treasury
