Summary
Ban on naming federal property after a sitting President. This bill would bar naming, renaming, designating, or redesignating any federal building, land, or other asset for a President while they are in office and would prohibit using federal funds for those actions. It would also require that federal properties named for the sitting President at enactment be returned to the name given by prior federal law.

Ban on naming federal property after President
If enacted, federal agencies would be barred from naming, renaming, or redesignating any Federal building, land, or other asset after a sitting President. They would also be barred from using Federal funds for those naming actions. Any property already named for the sitting President on the enactment date would have to be returned to its prior name given by Federal law. These rules would take effect upon enactment.
