Keeps Fort Peck water program authorized
This bill would extend the Fort Peck Reservation Rural Water System's authorization through 2028. It would replace "2026" with "2028" in subsections (a)(1) and (b) of Section 9 of the Fort Peck Reservation Rural Water System Act of 2000 (Public Law 106-382). If enacted, this would let tribal authorities and residents on the Fort Peck Reservation continue program activities and remain eligible for related funding for two more years.
