Reauthorizes funding for the Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP). This bill would provide annual authorizations from the Highway Trust Fund, excluding the Mass Transit Account, of $314.0 million for FY2027, $319.0 million for FY2028, $324.0 million for FY2029, $329.0 million for FY2030, and $334.0 million for FY2031.

If enacted, the bill would authorize annual appropriations for the Federal Lands Access Program (FLAP). It would authorize $313,975,000 for FY2027; $318,975,000 for FY2028; $323,975,000 for FY2029; $328,975,000 for FY2030; and $333,975,000 for FY2031. The money would come from the Highway Trust Fund, not the Mass Transit Account. State, local, Tribal, and Federal agencies would be able to use the funds for road and access projects that improve access to Federal lands and help nearby communities and businesses. The authorizations would take effect upon enactment.
