Ends U.S. financial support for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). This bill would also restrict U.S. engagement with certain U.N. bodies led by governments the Secretary of State finds have repeatedly supported terrorism and would remove legal immunities for UNRWA personnel.

- Palestine refugees and UNRWA: Would bar use of federal funds to support UNRWA, any successor or related entity, and U.S. contributions from the U.N. regular budget that support UNRWA.
- U.S. delegations and contributions: Would prohibit federal funds to pay expenses for U.S. delegations to U.N. specialized agencies chaired by governments the Secretary of State determines repeatedly supported terrorism and would bar State Department contributions to U.N. organizations similarly chaired.
- UNRWA officials and staff: Would revoke privileges, exemptions, and immunities for UNRWA officials, employees, and representatives under the International Organizations Immunities Act or any other law or executive order.

Ban U.S. funding and immunities for UNRWA
If enacted, the bill would bar U.S. contributions to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) and to any successor or related group. It would also bar U.S. funds through the U.N. regular budget to support UNRWA. The Secretary of State would be prohibited from using federal funds to pay or contribute to U.N. bodies or to U.S. delegations when those bodies are chaired by governments the Secretary determines repeatedly supported terrorism, using specified legal standards. The bill would remove privileges, exemptions, and legal immunities for UNRWA officials, employees, and representatives under U.S. law. All changes would take effect upon enactment.
