Strengthen Buy America preferences by pushing federal infrastructure projects to use U.S. iron, steel, construction materials, and manufactured products and by making waiver use and implementation more transparent. The bill would set reporting rules so agencies show how they are applying the Build America, Buy America Act and where gaps remain.
