Convey Denali land to Doyon with limits

If enacted, the Secretary of the Interior would convey about 21,578 acres of Federal land to Doyon, Limited. The land was selected by Doyon on September 18, 1978 and is shown on the map dated April 14, 2026. The conveyance would exclude lots 1 and 2 in sections 31 and 32 and land under Chilchukabena Lake and one unnamed lake (U.S. Survey No. 12799, July 24, 2002). The Secretary would reserve public easements required under ANCSA section 17(b), would adjust the Denali National Park and Preserve boundary to exclude the conveyed land, and would not be bound by 43 C.F.R. part 2650 or any prior withdrawal for this transfer. Doyon would not be allowed to transfer the land to anyone other than the United States, authorize any mining or mineral activities, or permit development that would derogate the cultural value of the Geese House. The Secretary could make minor survey or legal-description corrections with Doyon’s written approval.
