Summary
Designates the Great Lakes Commission as a Regional Great Lakes Partnership. This bill would add the Great Lakes Commission to the federal list of Regional Great Lakes Partnerships in 16 U.S.C. 1468(b)(3). It identifies the Commission as established under the Great Lakes Basin Compact and names its eight member states: Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
