Expands tribal trust land leasing authority by allowing more Indian trust lands to be leased under the Indian Long-Term Leasing Act. The bill would add lands held in trust for any tribe on the Secretary's Federally Recognized Indian Tribe List to the set of lands eligible for long-term leasing, anchoring eligibility to that published list and extending leasing beyond the Chehalis Reservation.

Longer leases for tribal trust land
