Summary
Creates permanent tuition assistance for Air National Guard members. This bill would require the Secretary of the Air Force to establish a standing program under 10 U.S.C. §2007 to pay all or part of tuition or other education charges for Air National Guard members who remain in compliance with training requirements set under 32 U.S.C. §502(a).
