Summary
Continued sale of the Alzheimer’s semipostal stamp for six years. This bill would require the United States Postal Service to keep selling the Alzheimer’s semipostal stamp that began sales on November 30, 2017 under its semipostal authority. Sales would be governed by section 416 of title 39 and applicable regulations except as otherwise provided. Proceeds, as determined under section 416(d), would be transferred to the National Institutes of Health at least twice a year to fund medical research on Alzheimer’s disease. The stamp would be treated as issued under this section for limits on offering more than one semipostal at the same time.

Money from stamp sales would be transferred to the National Institutes of Health for Alzheimer's research, with payments made at least twice a year.
