No bonuses for top postal executives
This bill would bar the Postal Service Board of Governors from approving any bonus or other pay beyond basic pay for the Postmaster General for a fiscal year. That ban would apply if USPS does not meet 95 percent on-time delivery for each target in every market-dominant product category in that fiscal year. The same rule would apply separately to the Deputy Postmaster General. The bill would also require the Postal Service's annual report to be submitted to the Postal Regulatory Commission.
