Designates the General George C. Marshall House in Virginia as an affiliated area of the National Park System to promote public appreciation of Marshall's historic contributions. The George C. Marshall International Center would serve as the management entity for the area shown on a September 2023 map. The Secretary of the Interior could provide technical assistance and enter cooperative agreements to help fund marketing, marking, interpretation, and preservation and must enter a management agreement that spells out roles and responsibilities consistent with National Park Service policies and standards. The Secretary could not acquire property at the site or assume overall financial responsibility for its operation or maintenance.

If enacted, the General George C. Marshall House in Leesburg, Virginia would become an affiliated area of the National Park System. The bill would name the George C.
