Remove U.S. forces from Iran

This bill would direct the President to remove United States Armed Forces from hostilities in or against the Islamic Republic of Iran unless Congress enacts a declaration of war or a specific authorization for use of military force against Iran. It would take effect upon enactment. The bill would still allow defending the United States and its personnel or facilities abroad. It would allow collecting, analyzing, and sharing intelligence related to threats from Iran or its proxies. It would allow assisting partner countries attacked by Iran since February 28, 2026, including intercepting retaliatory attacks and providing defensive materiel support.
