- Partners and intelligence: Would preserve authority to defend U.S. personnel, to collect and share intelligence with Israel and partner countries attacked since Feb. 28, 2026, and to assist those partners in direct defense or by supplying defensive materiel.

End U.S. hostilities with Iran
This bill would direct the President to remove U.S. Armed Forces from hostilities within or against Iran unless Congress declares war or passes a specific authorization for use of military force. The removal requirement would take effect upon enactment and rely on 50 U.S.C. 1546a and section 601(b) of Public Law 94-329. The bill would preserve narrow authority to defend the United States or U.S. personnel and facilities abroad. It would also allow collecting and sharing intelligence about Iranian threats and assisting Israel and partner countries attacked since February 28, 2026, including direct defense and defensive materiel support.
