Keeps automatic work permit extensions

If enacted, this resolution would disapprove the USCIS interim final rule "Removal of the Automatic Extension of Employment Authorization Documents" (90 Fed. Reg. 48799, Oct. 30, 2025). It would declare that rule to have no force or effect and would preserve the current automatic extension policy for Employment Authorization Documents (EADs). That would help noncitizen work-permit holders keep working without gaps and help employers avoid sudden loss of authorized workers. The resolution would take effect upon enactment.
